Returns & Cancellation

  • You can cancel your Order before it has been dispatched - your order status will be available on your Customer Account page/Order page)
  • After dispatch no cancellation will be possible using our website. However if you received a damaged/incorrect order, you can reject it at the time of delivery
  • Please note that you cannot return a product via our website. Should you have an issue related to the product after delivery and you wish to return it, please reach out to the Customer Care on +91 63644 39999 to initiate the returns
  • Once you have initiated the return, you can return the the full order with packing/without tampering the package at the time of delivery.   • The cost of the Return Shipping will be borne by the company & not by the customer

Refund

  • Any refunds related to Promotional Cash back, Returns, Cancellation & Damage will be credited to the Customer Wallet on the website. Customers need to log in to view their wallet amount
  • The wallet amount can be utilised during the purchase on the website with their login details

Delivery & Order Status

  • We accept only pre paid orders, we do not offer the Cash On Delivery (COD) option

  • Your order will be delivered within 4-7 days after placing the order
  • Your order will be delivered before 9pm on the scheduled day of delivery

  • (Based on Pincode) Within Karnataka, We deliver within 2-3 days. Within other South Indian states, we deliver within 4-5 days. We deliver within 5-7 days across the rest of India.
